Day 1 Weight Loss Journal

- Breakfast - Nutri-Grain bar, diet coke, yogurt covered pretzels, diet coke
- Lunch - Sweet and sour chicken, rice, vegetables, diet coke
- Snack - 16 oz Peach smoothie - (local coffee shop)
- Dinner - McDonalds 10 piece chicken nuggets, french fries, diet coke
